Manya:The British lady who never gets old

[30/12/2021, 18:40] Yoga: MY Dear Yoga students and Fellow Himalaya Trekkers  In my various sessions I always quote from Bhagvadgita. The crux of this ancient holy book is it describes what qualities the humans should imbibe, how to perform actions without getting stressed up and what are the duties of mankind under various situations. It's not in anyway a religious book. It's called book of life science. Sometimes we wonder are there any humans who have imbibed all the virtues prescribed. In my life span of 81 years,  I had met very few personalities who while having this material life have these virtues. You can count them on fingers.  Recently I was fortunate to have come in fairly close contact with such a lady. She is MANYA, an 84 year old British lady. An amazing person who left me spellbound by her attitude,  leaving an indelible impression in the depth of my heart. Daily I will pick up 2 or 3 virtues and give incidences or actions regarding her. It will be interesting
